Juicy and Delicious Homemade Chicken Thighs

Pat chicken thighs dry. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, oregano, chili flakes, minced garlic, lemon zest, and the juice from the squeezed lemon. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs. Before baking, add an additional pinch of salt, pepper, and lemon zest on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 450F (232C) for 25 minutes or in an airfryer at 390F (199C) for 18-20 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74C). Baking times may vary based on chicken thigh size.
